Hello, my name is Tim Johnson and I am happy to be at École Connaught. My philosophy of teaching is "teacher as facilitator" of learning and allowing the students the opportunity to show what they know and create new products. My feeling is that students are more engaged when they come up with their own plans for learning.

A little about me: I have been in education for 29 years with most years in Brooks as a Grade 5 teacher. I spent 4 years at Central Office as an educational technologist. I believe that we need to use technology in the classroom to help engage students in the learning process. My wife, Leanne, is a pre-school educator at Father John Paul II school and we enjoy walking our 2 dogs, Milton and Georgia.
